We charge $150 per hour for updates without a care plan, therefore a Care Plan will save you a lot of money in the long run and keep your site safe, secure and performing around the clock.
Absolutely! Just like all our modern day devices a website still needs regular updates to run at peak performance. When maintenance is done on a regular basis, it makes MAJOR updates easier to navigate and results in less downtime.
Even on small websites an update can go bad and potentially break your whole site, our software scans for issues after updates, and automatically reverts to the latest backup to fix your site.
SECURITY is the MOST important thing on your website and doing it alone is a daunting task, we constantly monitor your site for potential threats. Just like smartphones, websites need regular security patches to stay secure.
No you don’t have to host with us to be on one of our Care Plans, but why wouldn’t you host with us? We include it in the price and if you don’t host with us, we cannot guarantee all the features you need from our care plans will work as they should. Not to mention, our servers are blazing fast and hyper secure, in 3 years with our new hosting setup, we have NEVER experienced a website down for more than a few hours outside of regular maintenance!
We allot time each month to update your words, pictures, products and small design changes. Once a website is designed, most updates can be performed in 15 minutes or less, therefore we try our best to block 15 minutes per update. If we foresee an update taking longer we inform you and see how you want to proceed. Our core value is fairness and we will always ask for your approval.
No! We do not charge to setup your care plan, lock you into a contract or require a fee to cancel.
Yes we sure will, however, without taking having a care plan, we cannot guarantee how your site will perform days, weeks or years after it’s launched. All our websites are designed using a very strenuous testing process to perform at peak levels, our care plans constantly monitor your site for peak performance. Not to mention if your website gets hacked it will cost hundreds if not thousands to fix it!
Unfortunately not, in order to keep our prices competitive we allot certain times for each website and are unable to roll over unused time.
Simply put, we fixed it free of charge!
Most updates are completed the same business day, larger updates may take longer, but we will let you know upfront and keep you posted on the progress.
